Ecstatic Brethwork
Inhale + Exhale

Breathe is life;  a simple and powerful tool that will support transformation. How you breathe is how you live. In this ecstatic breath session,  I will guide you with a conscious connected breathing technique to help you to release blocks and trauma in your body and allowing you to feel alive once again.

This is for men and women who could be undergoing some challenges in life, feeling stuck, unhappy, have low energy or just simply want to feel more alive or more ecstasy in life. This powerful and safe releasing technique will allow you de-armour and open your heart to feel and love again. No two sessions are alike and I am working with your energy, your breath to support you based on what you need. Each session last for 2.5 to 4 hours starting with coaching before you lie down to consciously breathe for 45 min to an hour or more. I will end the session with sound therapy to allow you to integrate. This is not a miracle pill and to create sustainable change, we need the commitment to work through layers and layers of our armour.

Using this breathing technique, I had personally released my birth trauma, my childhood development trauma, sexual trauma and even my fear of public speaking. In some sessions I cried, some I laugh, some I experienced orgasmic energy, some I felt peace and calm, some I had intense physical discomfort.  By trusting and surrendering to my breath, I allow the breathe to release what it needs to release in every breath sessions I had.  Likewise, I will support you to breathe deep and have a safe and nurturing space to release what you need to release.

Coaching Fee :

$350 per session (session usually last about 2.5 to 3 hour; first session might take up to 4 hours)

I also run this as a small group session with a minimum of 3 pax if you want to experience this together with your friends and family members.  You may contact me to find out more.

Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness,
which unites your body to your thoughts.
