
What happens in a session?
Each coaching session will last 1 to 1.5 hour and each coaching series will be over a 3 to 6 months period. The coaching sessions can be done face to face or via telephone.
During the lst session, we identify 3 main areas of your life that you wish to focus on and develop goals around them. Subsequent sessions, we will be working together to develop actions and look into patterns and habits that are holding you back in achieving the goals.
