”Helping you get from where you are to where you want to be!”
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. Top-level athletes work with coaches to bring out the last percentage of their talent, the winning edge that makes them champions. That principle can apply to all of us, in every area of life. Coaching is based on the premise of where you are now, where do you want to be and what will you do about getting there. It is action based and solution focused.
With the help of a personal coach, you will get clear about what you want to create and achieve. The coaching process will involve setting inspirational goals, creating strategies and a plan of action to achieve the goals. It is about helping you to breakthrough and change your patterns and habits.
Coaching is not consulting, mentoring, therapy or counselling. My role as a coach is to help you think better so you can generate your own insights. I help you to see your potential, to stretch you and to keep you going. Coaching is not about giving advice. It is an emotional journey of personal growth that a coach and coachee experience together.
