About Angie

Angie’s mission in life is to facilitate and guide individuals to connect to their core essence and realize their full potential to live a conscious, abundant and joyful life.  

From an early age, Angie has been interested in helping people.  She has always been curious about the dynamics of human behavior.  It was this strong desire that made her decide to join the Singapore Prisons Service after her graduation from University.  The 5 years of experience as a Senior Prisons Officer really moved her out of her comfort zone.  She began to understand why some people turned to crime.  It was also during this period that she started her intense spiritual search which brought her to countries like India and Nepal.  

At her lowest point in her life in 2005, she attended a life changing program, “Money & You” and through the Money & You network, she was introduced to Breathwork.  Her life was totally transformed.  She focused on changing herself first using tools like breathwork, coaching, mentoring and other self development programs.  

Angie believes in the unlimited potential of the human mind.  Her motto is: “We live in a world of infinite possibilities. We can create and design our lives as it to be.”

Angie was trained and certified as a breathworker by John Stamoulous in 2008. John is a international master breathworker trainer and facilitator based in Adelaide. He has been Angie’s mentor for the past 5 years. Angie is also mentored by Sondra Ray, a world renowned author, spiritual teacher and pioneer of breathwork. Angie is currently a member of the International Breathwork Federation (IBF).  

She is also certified by one of the world’s largest coaching schools, Results Coaching Systems, as a certified coach in 2009 and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

With her background in counseling, coaching and breathwork, Angie would like to help as many people as possible find their true essence and the deep love and joy within them. Currently, Angie runs her practice in Singapore, Malaysia,  Hong Kong and China.
